Appointments We will gladly work with you to find appointment times within our office hours that will fit in to your busy schedule. We also provide same-day emergency care or care within 24 hours for most non-emergencies and new patient visits. We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Fond Du Lac, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing We accept most traditional insurance plans and we are happy to file your insurance claims for you. You may contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Maury Family Dental is a preferred provider for Delta Dental, WEA Trust and Humana.
Payment Options We gladly accept cash, checks, credit cards and CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details or you may click here to view our financial policy. A 5% cash discount will be given for any procedure not covered by insurance and paid in full on the day of service. Senior citizens receive a 10% courtesy discount.
